Returns

Vintage pieces are sold as documented — every listing carries a condition report, dimensions and photography, and we're happy to send more photographs or answer questions before you buy. Ask us anything.

Transit damage. Every piece travels fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we'll take care of it under the freight insurance.

Everything else. Write to us before your piece ships and we'll always find a fair outcome. Once a one-of-one piece has shipped from Europe, returns are generally not possible — which is why we document each piece so thoroughly up front.
