Every Via Roma piece ships from Europe to Australia fully insured, door to door.

Lead times. Sea freight typically takes 8–12 weeks from the day you order. Where a piece can move faster or needs longer, its product page says so — the lead time shown on the piece is the one that applies.

Duties & GST. Australian import duty and GST are included in the price. The price you see is the price you pay.

Insurance. Every piece is professionally packed and travels insured from our hands to yours. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.

Delivery. White-glove delivery is included to most metro addresses; for regional deliveries we'll quote the last leg before you commit. Prefer a custom freight quote or invoice? Enquire — we reply within one business day.
